Telephone PrivilegesMinimize

Each living area is equipped with two call-collect telephones for personal calls.  Telephone calls made via these telephones will ask the called party whether they will pay for the call.  If the called party will not pay for the call, the call will be dropped.  Juveniles are permitted to make telephone calls during non-programming hours.  No personal calls are allowed after 8:45 p.m.  If you have a collect call block on your telephone, the juvenile will not be able to call you.  The Center does not assume the responsibility if the juvenile cannot call you because of your telephone arrangement.

Staff provides calls to attorneys, case managers, counselors, and clergymen at no cost to the juvenile.
