While a juvenile in incarcerated, the Juvenile Detention Center is responsible for his/her care and well-being as required by Wisconsin law.  The Detention Center provides each child with clean clothing, toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, soap, deodorant, linen, reading and writing materials, Bibles, emergency medical care, education, one hour of recreation, games, emergency psychological care and three meals a day.
