Afternoon Reporting Center Mission Statement

The Racine County Afternoon Reporting Center (ARC) provides court-ordered services to substance-abusing youth, ages 14 through 17 years, who are returning to the community after being sentenced to incarceration or placement in a correctional, detention, residential treatment or group home setting. This program also serves juveniles living in the community on stayed orders to corrections or residential treatment or those at risk of placement in such a setting.

Services provided include AODA assessment and counseling, administration of the GAIN assessment instrument, academic tutoring, career development, AODA testing, group and individual skill-building sessions highlighting Independent Living Skills, Errors in Thinking/Life Skills, Gang Diversion and Anger Management.
